PLEUROTUS MUSHROOMS
Product Features:
It has oyster-shaped or fan, often Clustered, imbricated with other hats, sometimes several. The color ranges from purplish-brown, reddish-brown or whitish-gray; the margin is convoluted, smooth, but at maturity tends to flattening trend with lumpy-lobed, also presenting fractures . The diameter can measure from 5 to 25 cm.

CARDONCELLI MUSHROOMS
Product Features:
The "cardoncello" grows wild in Puglia and Basilicata, where it is called "cardungìdde" in Altamura and Gravina, the Murgia, Valle d'Itria, Gargano and northern Salento (cardunceddhu). It is also present in Sardinia, where is known as "de cardolinu Petza" (mushroom meat) or "antunna". Fleshy, convex, then depressed in the center, convoluted margin, slightly velvety; whitish, then brownish; 3-10 cm in diameter. the color changes depending on the climate clearer when exposed to the sun.

CHAMPIGNON MUSHROOMS
Product Features:

PORCINI MUSHROOMS

SHIITAKE MUSHROOMS
Product Features:
Basidiomycete mushroom from Asia and is currently the second most consumed edible mushroom in the world. It is more commonly known by the name of shiitake (mushroom which means oak). Has a hat circular or kidney-shaped, 5-12 cm in diameter, first convex, then flattened , with a little evident umbo. A cuticle brown-ocher or brown-violet, covered with whitish warts, arranged in circles, which disappear with age.
