Product Features:
Pumpkin "fiasco", pumpkin wine, bottle gourd, "cocozza", pumpkin gourd is a plant of the family Cucurbitaceae. It produces pumpkins used as ornamental varieties. It is the only pumpkin present in the old continent before America was discovered, where the pumpkins come instead of the genus Cucurbita. Like the zucchini and the like, they can be eaten cooked, and can also be preserved using vinegar.
